WLM – Warranty Lifecycle Management

Warranty Lifecycle Management (WLM) is a "Touch Screen Solution" and has been designed for all those customers who need to manage the product sold under warranty logics.

All the features in this package were based on the tools belonging to the SAP product suite, so no additional licenses are needed to those already owned by the customer (you only need to add the purchase of the hardware).

In case of need to add other functionalities, WLM - Basic package is scalable and is the basis from which to start.

Assetto Sala

Trench is a multinational company, part of the Siemens group. The company is located in Italy in the town of Cairo Montenotte (SV) and is active in the sector of electrical machinery and equipment, more specifically in the production of high voltage transformers. It was necessary to develop the hall layout because the Discrete Manufacturing is active in the Trench (ECC / Oracle System) and the Material Ledger is not active. This system configuration does not allow, at a standard level, to track and follow the production progress. In this regard, "Assetto Sala" was born.

CSC – Customer Service Cockpit

Customer Service Cockpit (CSC) is a web-based application fully integrated with ECC, easy to use and display only the necessary information to process. Thanks to the scheduler you can assign the activities of the technicians with the "Drag & Drop", it is integrated in real time with ECC and with the external system of attendance.

It’s a profitable and customizable solution, fully integrated with SAP CS module. Thanks to Mobility, available for Smartphones, Tablets, etc., you can also organize activities, consult the data and constantly monitor the work.

CMS – Customer Mobile Service

Constep’s Customer Mobile Service (CMS) is an extremely innovative product created using two important technologies:

The geolocation service operators on the map, ready to identify who is the closest available technician to the customer who requires support.

The mobile application provided to technicians enabling them to perform routine tasks quickly and in an automated way.

SMC – Service Management Cockpit

Service Management Cockpit (SMC) was made to make customer service easier, to open service call quickly and efficiently.

SMC is a high quality parametric instrument to have only one access point for the Service Phone switchboard, to make the entire process easier and faster.

Inquiry Mobile

Inquiry Mobile is a cross-platform, easy and ready to use mobile application able to be used regardless of the device and operating system. It arises from the need to allow, via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), the query by the agents of Customer orders, product warranties, pricing and models for the returns for repair management in real time as each query is run in real -time in SAP solution.

BORA – Box Office Retail Application

Retail Box Office Application is a Web Based product. It could respect several standards and it could be used to manage cash register, to take museum tickets and invoicing boutique purchases.

It’s a technological and intuitive instrument, developed with several technical elements, for example SAP UI5 for interface user and SAP NetWeaver Gateway for the communication with backend.

CLM – Contract Lifecycle Management

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a product made to obtain one access point to create and manage contracts, including all information to create a contract (customer, Helicopter model, serial number, payment plan). It’s a parametric instrumental thanks to SAP and custom table which allow working according to own authorization.

Costing & Pricing

Costing & Pricing Cockpit provides a cost and a price for selling spare parts and reparation in Costumer service.

It’s a instrument which uses data in ECC and data to calculate costs and prices, it has to be flexible to calculate prices to meet new selling logic quickly efficiently.

IEMT - Import Export Management Tool

Import / Export Management Tool (IEMT) is a tool created with the aim to streamline and speed in a centralized manner all transactions that take place in the customs area, including the collection of information for the creation of the Customs declaration and management of temporary imports. It 'an extremely customizable and extensible, and was created with the aim of managing in an accurate and timely manner the main Customs operations.

WebPortal

e-Project is a web portal completely integrated with SAP ECC PS (Project System) module. It’s drill-down functionality allows the user to navigate within the different reports and go from the highest level, including inspection progress status, engineering and installations percentage progress, to the lowest level containing more specific details, such as point of sales contact information (addresses and telephone numbers), attachment preview (inspection images and technical designs), requests, etc.
