Oven Management

The structure of the Ovens is defined in SAP, where the name of the oven is the work center within the ODP and to which the work phase of the cycle is assigned.
The ODP types that can be used in the application are also defined in SAP.

 

Each oven can have multiple tabs provided, independent of the status: «Draft», «Consolidated», «Active», «Quality Inspection», «Finished»

 

By creating a new batch, with the presumed usage data, the batches associated with the ODP that can be used are shown. The provided ID is linked to a custom SAP number range.

With the Drag & Drop functionality, you can load the oven. In addition to changing the quantity, it is possible to provide further information.

After the first save, you can indicate the oven recipe. It is possible to consolidate the oven: this means that for the user it is a valid configuration and could be used for the oven. Upon consolidation, a component consumption movement is made (261).

Starting the oven: the oven communicates directly with SAP, using a web service. The oven is active and the status is ON. The date and time the oven started is visible.

Stopping the oven: the oven communicates directly with SAP, using a web service. The oven is deactivated and the OFF state is visible.

Time recordings are made on production orders, warehouse movements (101) with stock under quality control. The system automatically generates QM inspection batches. The oven takes on the status of «Quality Inspection».

Quality inspection: The user can decide to decline the oven (because the oven did not complete the cycle correctly). In this case, movements 101 and 261 are distorted, bringing the order and stock back to the origin. In this case the order will assume the status «Incorrect». Or approve all inspection batches for positions not marked as "quality control", for which manual activity is performed. In this case the order will assume the status "Finished". Finally, you can add the name of the person who reprints the cards and generates the printout.

Reporting: in the reporting tab it is possible to see the list of all the formats and use dedicated filters.
