On Friday, December 12th, we spent a day together at the Sporting Club in Monza.

Among the various events, we highlight the Junior and Senior roundtable (to highlight the importance of this relationship in the growth and development of individuals), the workshop led by Helga on the values ​​of Constep and a series of presentations related to the 2025 project activities.

This day highlighted the fundamental importance of mutual support and the importance of exchange of ideas.

Every discussion, every shared reflection, allows us to grow not only professionally, but also as a team. Continuing to work together, with respect and openness, is the key to our success.
