Cascina Borgofrancone

On September 20, 2021 the Constep team went to Cascina Borgofrancone for one of its Team Building days, we spent some nice moments in an old farmhouse immersed in the uncontaminated and green countryside on the shores of Lake Como. It was a great opportunity to bring out the values of Team Work that distinguish us and to welcome our new colleagues.

The morning was spent doing team building activities including the construction of the Tibetan bridge using trees and some ropes. Then, in turn, each person crossed the bridge from one end to the other with the support of their colleagues. This allowed us to cooperate, communicate and trust each other.

We enjoyed a lunch in the dining room of the Cascina, characterized by wooden details, a bright and refined environment with excellent raw materials to km 0.

During the afternoon we focused on the concepts we mentioned in the previous meetings. We wanted to talk about the values of Constep, the fundamental role that the Focal Points have for us and the "Cruscotto" that we are going to use for the good functioning of the working group.

To end the day, after having refreshed ourselves, we enjoyed an aperitif inside the restaurant, where we could relax and taste some excellent traditional Valtellinese dishes.
