Agriturismo Antico Benessere

On July 9, 2021 the Constep team went to the Agriturismo Antico Benessere in Fera Gera d'Adda for one of its Team Building days, we spent a day surrounded by the greenery of an old 19th century residence on the banks of the Adda River and once again the main values of a Team emerged.

The morning begins with an introduction of the coach who has been with us all day and we are immediately involved in the first activity to unite us as a group. 

An experience that fosters a sense of corporate belonging with creativity and lightness, which we wanted to recreate following the long absence of meetings due to the ongoing pandemic.

We enjoyed a lunch in the dining room of the Agriturismo, characterized by wooden details, a bright and refined environment with excellent raw materials to km 0. 

In the afternoon, we gathered for a theoretical lesson on helping participants develop awareness of the main dynamics that characterize group work, as well as share basic language and a model of analysis of the "work group" phenomenon.

During the afternoon we told our colleagues about some of our achievements and the training courses we have planned for 2021. The training of our employees is fundamental for us, that's why every year we organize several courses that cover technical and soft skills, in 2021 the courses chosen were: Public Speaking, Project Managemen and Industry 4.0.

To end the day, after refreshing ourselves, we enjoyed an aperitif in the garden attesting to the villa, where we could relax admiring a beautiful sunset over the surrounding countryside drinking excellent wine and tasting delicious dishes.

The day of July 9 was an excellent opportunity to regain team spirit and give a warm welcome to the new members of Team Constep. Thank you to our tutor for showing us how important cooperation, listening, and communication is to successful achievement.
