The second Constep’s Day 2018

The second Constep's Day 2018 took place on Friday 7 December 2018, the day started with an analysis of the company's objectives and achievements in the second half of the year, then moved on to monitoring ongoing project activities and planning future ones.

Below we have shared the topics covered during some of the cross-cutting courses in which all of us at Constep can participate.

Topics covered are conflict management at work and time and priority management.

The morning was also an opportunity for training about the General Data Protection Regulation.

As usual, after the presentations of the client companies, the Focal Points discussed different aspects: the support of remote junior figures, the revision of the evaluation method and the implementation of new technologies in the company.

In the same way, the Junior group shared the project experiences, the skills / knowledge acquired, the impressions of those who have just joined the team and the objectives to be achieved in the short term.

The day ended with the exchange of Christmas greetings accompanied by an excellent aperitif in a particular location in the center of Seregno.
