Piani di Bobbio

Our company day was held on Friday 8 July 2022: the whole Constep team went to Piani di Bobbio.

In the first part of the day we were surrounded by greenery and took a walk until we reached a mountain refuge.

Instead, we have dedicated the afternoon to discuss and bring out issues and arguments that can be useful both for personal progress and development and for an improvement in the company climate.

We divided into two groups: Focal Point and Junior & Consultant; then we all confronted each other together.

It is a moment of sharing in which everyone is free to expose themselves and declare their needs / needs and every idea is welcomed and taken into consideration.

We ended the day having dinner together and went down to the valley in the Jeeps.
