Kurt Lewin was a social psychologist, one of the firsts interested in studying group dynamics.   

His quote clearly explains the Team Building activity’s goal: driving a group to become a team.

Constep believes in stimulating dynamics inside workgroups as it allows to reach interdependence and positive balance, thanks to the people interacting together.

Trust, cohesiveness, partnership, goal-oriented, listening ability and empathy  are some of the components facilitated by the beach volley  afternoon organized by Constep for his employees.  

An entertaining afternoon ended with a pleasant dinner at Pane&Trita in Seregno, to make up for lost energies!
