And also the 3rd Constep Day confirms the group's growth trend in the year 2017: the third quarter ends positively with the achievement of the expected turnover and the prospects for 2018 promise well.

The two-year period 2016-2017 saw a significant increase in the team of consultants, which increased by 65% ​​compared to 2015, thus reinforcing technical skills and the level of specialization.

The number of Focal Points increases thanks to the creation of a new team totally specialized in the SERVICE MANAGEMENT & PM Area that was previously included in the Passive Cycle Area.

In addition to the presentation of the results, the meeting focused on the importance of the fundamental soft skills training for company growth.

For this reason a part of the Christmas present was dedicated to this theme and each employee received a book on one of the various soft skills to be developed.

The day ended with a Christmas aperitif at the Shaker Club Cafe in Seregno.
