Meetings: Junior, Consultant and Senior

On Friday 19 April 2019 Constep wanted to dedicate a day to its consultants, giving them the opportunity to spend a moment of meeting, comparison and sharing together.

Through the narration of their own experiences, the consultants gave rise to a debate full of interesting ideas and observations, reporting practical situations that may sometimes occur during their project activities.

Once again, training proves to be a fundamental element and there are many projects that Constep will implement during this year. On this occasion, the Focal Points also dedicated themselves to the design of growth plans aimed at improving each resource.
