Moncler S.p.A. is an Italian luxury fashion brand specializing in ready-to-wear outerwear, based in Milan.
The client needed to integrate seven applications developed in SAP FIORI into its S/4 HANA system, designed to represent and manage seven key business flows.
Specifically, Constep's support focuses on the development of the following process applications:
- Inbound Delivery: Management and recording of incoming deliveries, including quantity control and compliance checks.
- Outbound Delivery: Management of outgoing shipments and cross-border shipments.
- Internal Transfer: Management of internal material transfers between locations or departments, with inventory tracking and updating.
- Cycle Count and Store Inventory: Periodic inventory counting and store inventory management.
- Movement List: List and management of warehouse movements, including material transfers, withdrawals, and returns.
- Stock Inquiry: Real-time consultation of available inventory, stock levels, and material location.
- Stock Adjustments: Manual adjustments of inventory quantities to align data with actual situations, including returns, losses, or recording errors.
One of the client's requirements was to make these applications usable directly in-store via smartphone, allowing employees to easily perform various operations.
