The previous year has been characterized for Babcock by the optimization of the company organization and by the increase of the effectiveness and efficiency of the business and business processes.

This path led Babcock to meet Constep who carried out a strategic and organizational Assessment project taking into consideration all the information on the dynamics and on the processes of the company and the group.
