VF C. is a worldwide fashion leader company and has currently implemented both SAP FMS, SAP CONCUR and SAP CARAB 5.0.
Our team has been involved in develop projects on FMS, CAR, CONCUR and AMS support.
Main projects have been done on DTC (Direct To Customers). Processes in place are SFS (Ship From Store), ROBIS (Reserve Online Buy In Store) and BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store). All of this are active for all stores.
- Store Stock: this is a custom program that sends to web platform the store stock. Both system, FMS and CAR, are involved to determine the real availability stock.
- Rerouting process: This has been activated just for SFS process. Normally and order placed into a Store is cancelled if the order cannot be shipped and is cancelled forcing the customer to place a new order. With Rerouting is possible, automatically and according to some settings like country and same brand, to place a new order on a new store. If the stores cannot deliver, the dedicated DC is in charge to manage the order.
- Delivery Split: This process has been implemented to allow stores to receive partial HU’s sent from DC. The initial process didn’t permit to receive partial goods sent from the DC, forcing stores to wait all the HU’s before receiving the issue. With this implementation, stores are now allowed to receive partial shipping.
- Concur: we supported functional team to implement personalization in inbound and outbound flow.
